Honda Japan has started to sell the Vietnamese build Honda SH150, the same model introduced in the Thai market on 16 May earlier this year.
Honda Vietnam expects that some 3,000 SH units would be consumed in two respective markets every year.
Earlier this year Honda Vietnam launched the Honda Lead 125 into market, Honda Vietnam also stated that it would export the products to Japan, where it hoped to sell 12,000 products every year.
Currently Honda Thailand exports the Honda Grom (MSX125), CBR125R, CBR250R, CRF250L, CRF250M, CBR400R, CB400F, CB400X motorcycles and the Honda PCX, PCX150, and the Zoomer-X to the Japanese market.
The Honda CBR400R, CB400F and the CB400X are technical identical to the CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X and only engine size is different.
