In the market the rumor of a Kawasaki ER250C becomes more and more serious. The rumor started in Indonesia, where Kawasaki is currently also producing the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Ninja 300R. In Thailand they currently only produce the Ninja 250R for the Thai domestic market.

Thailand has been producing the new 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 for some time now, since the beginning of this week, only the Kawasaki Ninja 300 is available.

The ER250C is what we in Thailand call the Z250, and the Kawasaki Z250 is no rumor it's available at the Kawasaki dealers in Thailand.

I had the impression that Kawasaki Indonesia also sells the Z250, actually I think I even saw a price of Rp 48.500.000.

The only 250 Kawasaki rumoured on Thai forums as a future release is the latest version of the traditional styled Estrella. This rumour does crop up most years so I won`t hold my breath. Another very strong rumour at the moment is that the Suzuki TU250X is to be released in October. I`ll believe it when I see it.

For the Suzuki TU250X it was even talked about by Suzuki Thailand officials at a dealer meeting in October 2009... Maybe we misunderstood the Suzuki guys and we missed a few years....
