Does your Monster have an electronic key? Then you'll have to go to Ducati with the Blue/green book. Or maybe at the least with the key code that you were given with the bike.
If it has conventional keys then any decent roadside key cutter probably has a blank, just get 2 made.
Don't have a key to copy then any decent locksmith will be able to make you one. Ask around they are same guys that come when people lock themselves out of their apartments etc. If you live in an apartment/condo/moobahn the manager will know who to call.
