Hello,

I just hit 12.000km on my Honda CB500F and going for a longer 2k+ trip next week... I dont have much clue of tires... The service center didnt say anything - How long is the average life of the stock tires that come with the bike?
Anyone got recommendations of tire brands to go with?

Thanks!

Honda recommends the Dunlop D222F and D222 of the Metzeler Roadtec Z8 Interact E and Roadtec Z8 Interact.

Looking like little bumps, they are located in the bottom of the main grooves. When the depth of rubber remaining gets to the level of this mark, the tire has reached the legal wear limit of 1 mm.
