Most motorcycle engine tuners say that an engine performs better when it can breath better and has less limitation with the exhaust system.

So purely theoretical your Honda CBR150R should perform better when you remove the catalytic converter.

On the negative side, by removing the catalytic converter, you probably also loss some performance in the low to mid revving range...Honda CBR
