Re: Buying a Motorcycle in Thailand

I am a foreigner (U.S. citizen) living in Bangkok and I would like to buy a motorcycle. I do not want to buy the bike under someone else's name, so what will I need to do in order to purchase one myself. I know that some people use a girlfriend or some other Thai citizen, but I don't want to go this route. Can anyone tell me what documents and paperwork I will need or anything about the process. Thanks.
