No the original, in America introduced Yamaha Vino is a motorcycle scooter with a 49cc or 125cc 4-stroke engine automatic transmission and smaller wheels.

To explain it better, the first picture is the USA Yamaha Vino and the second picture is the Thai Yamaha Fino
