I am converting the carburetor Ninja 250r to fuel injected.
I find it difficult to get Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI components.

Thanks a lot,
Matt

In Thailand Kawasaki Ninja 250R fuel-injection parts are very easy to find. The only negative side is that you not have online stores in Thailand where you can order the parts. So you probably have to do it by email...

Hello Lee Matt,

for the first you could start at Ebay ind Germany (ebay.de) because there they offer some Injections for the Ninja, search for 'Ninja 250* Einspritzanlage'
The prices are round about 200 USD and in the moment there the relais is offered also.
I hope this could help you a little bit and don't forget to look for the fuelpump, this you can find (ebay.de) this moment in Austria: Ninja 250* Benzinpumpe.
Good luck for you and best regards.

Matt,

One problem here is that technically, Kawasaki (big bike) only sell parts to registered owners of bikes. It is not impossible but I had problems buying one injector for a KLX to send to Dobeck Performance.

One reason maybe to ensure bikes only get serviced there or another maybe to stop mail order companies selling cheaper Kawasaki parts elsewhere in the world.

Kawasaki will sell to anyone living who walks through the door and had the Baht here to buy it.

However a converstions has many parts and sensors. can be done, but not as easy as just bolting on a carb.

We've already had a conversion kit to work with this bike. (it certainly took us a lot of efforts
http://www.ecotrons.com/Kawasaki_Ninja_250cc_EFI_kit.html

Only some people prefer the OEM's throttle bodies. So we want to give an option to include the OEM's throttle bodies in the kit.

thanks,
Matt

Wow your kit has Dual fuel maps selectable by a manual switch (Performance Switch: ECO vs. RICH Mode), that is maybe even something what would be nice for fuel injection Kawasaki Ninja 250R's in Thailand

Yes, that's correct.
We can make our ECU as the replacement ECU for Kawasaki's ECU so that users can have full programmable capability.
We are also working on the ignition controls. We can make both fuel and ignition fully programmable with one ECU.
coming soon...
