Matty,

Sadly no. Spark is not marketed by Yamaha in the USA.

To develop any of these products the manufactured has to have an actual bike available. For the EJK this means the US and for J Costa this means Spain.

Without an actual bike they cannot do the development. For the EJK, However, I can ask if they have one which is adaptable to suit Spark. EJK only changes the fuel it does not do anything for the ignition mapping.

If if looks possible and the Spark injector and O2 sensors are not expensive I will send some. Even if they have a unit which is compatible, it is quite complex as different injectors have different reaction times, so even if the Yamaha connecting plugs are the same sometimes the injector time constant is not.

There are many. Depends on the definition of good.

From personal observations:
Some think good is a big shiny one with exposed pieces as big as one would find on a 1000cc bike but still connected to the original small front pipe.
Others think good is a cheap one that makes the right sound.
As I have seen one for 38,000 advertised as the most expensive one available some must think good is the most expensive.

If you are talking about documented performance. J Costa has one but this picture is not PCX.

<jcosta4pcxthailand.com> they will send a dyno graph if you ask. Std PCX on their dyno gave 10.90 HP with their exhaust 12.95. With airbox mod you may get a bit more but remember PCX is set up to deliver maximum torque at quite low - 6000 - RPM.
There may be others with documented proof you will need to Google a bit.

Why people want change the exhaust pipe. They either have a young wife or they want to show whyroon they can do better.andy

I would have to say that most change them because of looks. But some want to optimise their bike to get the performance that Honda built in, but for legislative reasons cannot allow the bike to achieve. Same goes for adding a piggy-back fuel controller.

Case in point the stock bike delivers 10.9hp but with variator and the above exhaust one can get 12.9. Useful, say, if one weighs more than the average Thai or lives in Phuket where there are hills. Add the fuel controller and the torque curve is flatter from 55 kph onwards. That helps rideability.

Not all PCX owners are married. Some are still looking!
