Hello to everyone from Greece,i like very much your bike community!!

I am owner of a Yamaha Tiara 120 s which i have done some modifications and would like to sharing with your community to help if someone want to do some modifications to the same bike.

First i install a Yamaha Z125 engine which is more powerfull and much easier at the tuning. It fits very easy only with a drill on the crankcase in the back mount and with a drill of the back place of the cylinder.
At the engine tuning i did:

I remove the oil pump and now do pre mix
Piston Wossner 56mm for Yamaha Tzr125
High flow porting the cylinder
Reed case from a Yamaha dt 200 with 6 valves not with 4 which has the oem and fits with drilling the reed case not the crankcase
Reed valves Boyesen
Hand made aluminum intake for the carb
Carb Keihin PWK 39mm
Cylinder head fine 1mm for high combustion
Exhaust hand made from a Greece exhaust distributor with a aluminum silencer Tyga Performance for Honda nsr 250
Clutch springs hard Newfren

With all of this modifications the engine from 17hp on the cranshaft now have 28,4hp on the wheel in a dynojet dynometer and the maximun speed with the stock gears is true 158kmh

At the chassis modifications i install:

First of all a oversize front brake disc
Aluminum wheel rims to lose weight
Front tire Vee rubber tiger road with size 50/45/17
Rear tire FDR drax slick tire with size 60/70/17

I post photos of the result lower, tell me if you like it and any questions about this bike are welcome.

The result is this. Now the Tiara weight is 84 kgm with full body plastic,it is 10 kg lighter than Z125 with the same mods and Tiara has more performance on riding because has clip on handlebar and low center gravity!! I think that with this mods it is the perfect mini bike, after the Honda nova dash rs 125. I hope that you enjoy the reading of this modify bike.
