The posts in this topic need to be supported by a copy of documents which proof you bought the motorcycle from the company you launching a complain against. It's not allowed to launch a complain about the service of official local brand dealers, official brand service centers or brand offices of motorcycles which where not officially brought into the country, and distributed, by the official brand representative (With the exception if the brand offers worldwide service.)

You can send your documents, which proof you bought the motorcycle from the dealer, distributor or manufacturer to complain@motorcycle.in.th

The documentation needs to contain a way for us to contact the seller. In no way we will disclose personal information send to us, all documents, emails, names or comments send to us by email stay confidential (or if otherwise instructed by the sender).
