The Honda Click-i with PGM-FI
Honda scooter products are not just generic copies of other models. Each is a ground-up creation and because of this has many features unique to the Honda Click-i. The Honda Click rides very well and the rock-steady road holding is such that you have to keep looking down to make sure the wheels haven't been removed.
The liquid cooled 110cc scooter holds the road like a much larger machine and is among the best in its class in this department.
Even when the roads gets a little rough the Honda Click-i doesn't lose its composure and feels to be in total control. This makes cornering or nipping in and out of heavy traffic a delight, as is stopping with its powerful single disc brake up front and equally drum at the rear. The brakes do not look to be as big as they feel once on the move, but they are clearly very effective.
The Fuel Injection PGM-FI version we rode was sprightly and quick off the spot, accelerating up to a top speed around 120km/h, we did not wanted to push it beyond the 120km/h as the scooter was a brand new. Although light and agile the physical size of the Honda Click-i bodywork makes other road users sit up and take notice so don't expect to get pushed into the gutter every time you meet up with heavy traffic.
The deep leg shields provide plenty of room for the rider creating more space should a passenger be carried. There appears to be room for some small stuff in the front compartments in the leg shields.
The dashboard is simple laid out and easy to comprehend with two dials and one large dial being the speedo and the smaller providing information on fuel. In each corner are bright indicator warning lights.
