Family resemblance is a good thing sometimes, your entry-level Suzuki GSX-R600 benefits from the association with the top-spec powerful top Suzuki bikes. Indeed, while it does lag a little behind the Honda CBR600RR in terms of power spread and chassis precision, that slightly less refined feel creates a really characterful riding experience. The howl from the ram-air intakes and the slight increase in urge over 9,500rpm rewards your aggression out of the faster bends, while the brakes are still up there with the best in terms of tire-howling retardation and feel for the front end.

It's torque, with a bit more room than many 600cc's. It's born for the racetrack, and the snarling motor wants to play. It's hard-hearted owner who won't let it enjoy itself on the track from time to time.
